What types of rooms does Villa Ferrer offer?
We have three room categories: the Raditan Deluxe Suite — our master suite with king-size bed, walk-in closet, standalone bathtub, and private ocean-view balcony; the Hahan & Hanao Deluxe Double Rooms with queen-size bed and sea-view balcony; and the Pilnit Deluxe Twin Bedroom with two single beds, ideal for friends or family. All rooms feature en suite bathrooms.
Do all rooms have ocean views?
Our Raditan Suite and Hahan & Hanao Double Rooms enjoy unobstructed ocean and coastline views from their private balconies. The Pilnit Twin Bedroom faces the opposite direction, offering beautiful mountain views of the Batanes hills. Whichever room you choose, you’ll wake up to a stunning landscape.
What are your room rates?
Rates vary by season and room type. Our rooms start from approximately &peso;4,500 per night for the Deluxe Twin, up to &peso;6,500 for the Raditan Suite in low season. Is breakfast included?
Yes, a freshly prepared breakfast is included with every booking. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
Do you have Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
All rooms have air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. We have a dedicated Starlink connection that allows very good internet speeds — the best on the island.
How far is Villa Ferrer from the airport?
Villa Ferrer is located in Mahatao, approximately 15 minutes by car from Basco Airport (BSO). We can provide airport pickup — you can choose between a private van and a traditional cogon trike — and our team will be waiting for you when you land.
Can I book directly for the best price?
Yes. Booking directly through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email guarantees you the best available rate. Direct bookings also allow us to personalise your stay — arranging tours, dinners, and special celebrations in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy requires 30 days’ notice for a full refund. However, we understand that Batanes travel can be affected by weather — if your flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will always accommodate a change of dates. If rebooking is not possible, we refund our customers in full. For us, the customer experience is the most important thing.
